The company ECOTOURSTUGA S.C. DE R.L. DE C.V., hereinafter referred to as ECOTOURTUGAS, makes the following notice available.
ECOTOURTUGAS is registered with SEMARNAT and possesses the necessary technical and scientific knowledge to handle sea turtle specimens appropriately and engage in non-extractive use of the species.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ECOTOURTUGAS and is protected by copyright laws.
ECOTOURTUGAS strives to be as accurate as possible with the descriptions of its products and activities. However, ECOTOURTUGAS does not guarantee that the product descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
Reservations are made at least 72 hours in advance and are valid once confirmed by ECOTOURTUGAS via email, text message, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
To make a reservation, a prepayment of either 50% or 100% of the total cost indicated by ECOTOURTUGAS is required. This prepayment must be made to the bank accounts provided by ECOTOURTUGAS in response to a request.
Reservations for both sea turtle monitoring and accommodation can be made throughout the year but are subject to availability.
ECOTOURTUGAS reserves the right to make changes to its itineraries or cancel any reservation due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, weather, or other external events. Such changes will be communicated to customers in advance via email, text message, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
In the event of cancellation by ECOTOURTUGAS, the full prepayment will be refunded, or the reservation can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Reservations made with a 50% prepayment: In the event of cancellation by the CLIENT, the prepayment is non-refundable. This is due to operational expenses incurred in preparing for a monitoring event or accommodation.
Reservations made with a 100% prepayment: In the event of cancellation by the CLIENT, 50% of the prepayment will be refunded, or the reservation can be rescheduled once for a new date at no additional cost. If the CLIENT wishes to reschedule the reservation for a second time, 25% of the total reservation cost will be charged, payable at the time of service.
All rates published on this website supersede any previously advertised prices on other websites, social media, and brochures.
The cost for participation in a monitoring event for 1 to 8 people is $6,273.00 MXN. The cost per additional person is $783, with a maximum capacity of 16 people for a monitoring event..
